Reggie Katzakian received his California Real State License on Oct 1 1969, and began his Real Estate career with Katzakian and Schaffer Realtors in Lodi, CA. In 1973 Reggie and his brother Ron opened their own Real Estate office known as Katzakian Associates Realtors.
In 1975 the Katzakian Associates Realtors became Century 21 Katzakian Associates Realtors, and in 1977 Katzakian Associates Realtors became a California Corporation, and operated as such until 1985. During this time the Partners also operated a successful property management business known as Silver Creek Property Management.
In 1982 Reggie Katzakian obtained a California Contractors License and started building custom homes in the Lodi and Stockton area. In 1985, the Katzakian Company joined forces with John Lamond and created the Lamond-Katzakian Company to design and build custom homes, condominiums and apartment houses. During the next 10 years the Lamond-Katzakian Company built over 500 living units in Martinez, Bencia, Fairfield, and the Oakland Hills.
In 1996 Reggie Katzakian resigned from the Lamond-Katzakian Company to start his own business in San Joaquin County, since this time The Katzakian Company has helped design and built over 40 new homes, office space, warehouse coolers, and kitchen and bath remodels. The Katzakian Company has also become involved in the construction of new steel building and semi liar commercial projects.
Reggie Katzakian holds a valid Brokers License and the designation of GRI from the California Department of Real Estate, a Contractor's License from the Dept. of Consumer Affairs, State of California and a Private Pilots License. He is married and has three children.
